Ingredients
- 4 T. vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 T. catsup
- 1 cup water
- 2 T.cornstarch
- 2 T. tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T. chili flakes (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients in the sauce pan. Mix very well.
- Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly with whisk until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Remove from heat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
