It's been a busy week for me and no time for blogging for a while. But I don't want to miss this weeks Yummy Sunday and Luscious Saturday so I checked out some of my saved photos and got my late entry for this week. One of the easiest food to prepare that everybody loves to eat.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 pc. lemon or 3 calamansi
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into strip
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- salt to taste
Directions:
- Marinate beef in soy sauce, lemon and ground black pepper for at least one hour.
- In a sauce pan, heat the cooking oil. Stir fry the marinated beef (without the marinate sauce) until colors turn brown.
- Pour the marinate sauce and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat into low medium fire. Cook until meat is tender. Add water as needed.
- Just before turning off the fire, add the green bell pepper, onions and some salt to taste. Stir well.
- Serve with potato or rice.
