Orange Honey Glazed ham

When hubby asked what do I want for Christmas dinner, ham or turkey? I chose ham because we already had turkey on Thanksgiving. I checked for the glazed ham recipe but ended up  using the ingredients available on hand and came up with the  best tasting glazed.

How to Use Up Christmas Leftover Food

We cook a lot of food to celebrate the Christmas season and ended up with a lot of left over food on the table. I woke up this morning without worrying what to eat for breakfast and the whole day. I had a plate of left over Spanish rice and a piece of ham for breakfast, a cup of coffee and a sliced of pecan pie for a dessert. What a great day to start the day. Left over food is one of the best parts of a special Christmas meal. Transform left over sitting in the fridge after the Christmas rush into a  quick and easy delicious meals.
