I entered in a giveaway, Manna Organics- Review and Giveaway, sponsored by Manna Organics bread hoping to win this healthy, gluten free bread. Luckily, I was the winner and here is my prize delivered in front of my doorstep in just a few days, a box full of 4 different loaf of breads: Cinnamon raisin, Ancient grain, Ciao Chia, Original.
As soon as I received I decided to try the Cinnamon raisin first and put the rest in the refrigerator as suggested from the note inside the box . The bread is a little bit dry, I took a bite and not really satisfied but I figured out it would be better if I microwave it first for a few seconds to get those moist consistency. I was right, it was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. And the I tried the original, this is definitely my favorite, it is tasteless but if you put a strawberry preserves or jelly like I did, you will get the best of it. I even served it to my 4 year old son for a snack, it was a hit, my son likes it and even asked for another sliced.
One thing that I noticed though, all the 3 packs of bread has double plastic except for the cinnamon raisin.
