Cucumber Salsa



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peeled, seeded, chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh dill weed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients. 
  2. Season according to your taste.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
