Lemonade is so easy to make yet I find that it almost taste the same as calamansi juice. Doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteNo, lemonade taste better than the calamansi.
DeleteMaybe if sugar is added it would taste better. :) Also, lemons are harder to find in markets here.
DeleteLemons here (IMO) are quite expensive here in the Philippines. But what we do use as an alternative are oranges. The tangy flavors may differ. But it's just as thirst-quenching. :)
ReplyDeleteI just love lemonade, we always put lemons in our water... I know this is good to detoxify your body.. :D
ReplyDeleteWow! You thought of a brilliant way to use the rind! Actually the rind has more essential oils healthier than the juice itself! Will pin this and use this recipe for our lemonade!

ReplyDeleteI don't buy those frozen concentrated Lemonade or any kind of juice from the store as well because I like to make someting fresh. That would be wonderful for when the weather gets really hot. Hmmmm... refreshing! What I am really mixing though is some Lemonada that's made from the Lemonsito. Hmmm.. I want some now. ;)
