Crawfish also called as crayfish, crawdads, mudbugs, yabbies are a true Louisiana delicacy. They a resembles small lobsters and can be found in fresh water. They are usually messy to eat so they best suited for the outdoors. Crawfish are an excellent source of protein, vitamins, low in calories, fat and saturated fat.

ReplyDeleteIt's affordable if you bought a pack for less than $10. Crayfish is expensive here in Davao but they are affordable in other areas like Surigao. =) I haven't tasted this but I'm sure that I will love it because seafood is one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit that I'm allergic with anything that is crustacean. But if I had the opportunity to sample these sumptuous looking crawfish, I would gear up with my anti-histamines for sure!
