Pancit Canton


 When it comes to cooking pancit ,I prefer pancit canton than bihon although I like them both.The reason is that I cannot cook the bihon right. It is either under cook or dry while the pancit canton can be cook however you like it ,crisp,dry or a little saucy.

  3. i agree, bihon is hard to cook, kaya even though mamasarap, mas prefer ko iluto ang canton saka fave yun ng hubby at son ko :-)

  4. Kami bihira mag pancit canton (except the instant ones) kaya at times I crave for the real pancit canton, too. I especially like it kapag magkahalo ang canton at sotanghon.

  7. Baliktad pala tayo, after ages, I finally manage to perfect my Bijon,while Canton is such a pain for me to cook, either sobrang alat or undercook, lol!

  11. I don't know if you have ever tried the pancit canton of Hongning Panciteria. It's the best I have ever tasted. Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer existent but it used to be in Cubao along Aurora Blvd.

  12. Naglaway ako sa pancit. Adik talaga ako sa pansit eh. Dyan daw kasi ako pinaglihi ng mom ko. parang ang sarap nung pansit.
