Yogo Factory Frozen Yogurt

Frozen yogurt is one food that my eldest son are not tired of eating.Whenever we go grocery shopping, I let him grab his favorites and one of them is yogurt. One thing I learned from being a mom is to let my children get the food that they like and not the one that I like or else it will just end up old, expired and eventually goes to trash. We are a family of yogurt and ice cream lovers and frozen yogurt is one of the kids most loved food.

So if you are yogurt lovers like us, try YogoFactory, a self serve frozen yogurt establishment that offers a wide selection of flavors and toppings. The store serves more than 400 flavors of non fat, low fat, sorbets, non fat tarts and seasonal yogurt.Toppings selection ranges from candies, cereals, syrup, berries and a lot more choices. Basically, the store let the costumers create their own desserts and pay by the ounce which is very reasonable. The store is open daily from 10:30 am until midnight .Free parking lot is available for all the costumers.

YogoFactory frozen yogurt franchises are open to those who are looking for the best quality frozen yogurt business.

How to enjoy eating yogurt
1. Top a daily cup of flavored yogurt with different topping of your choice for a good breakfast or snack.
2. Creamy yogurt make a great topping for cooked vegetables, mashed potatoes and any salad.
3. Make your salad dressing or dip creamier by adding or mixing yogurt on it.

Some of the health benefits of yogurt

1.Rich source of calcium.Yogurt comes from milk that provides calcium to the bones which help in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. An 8 ounces serving of yogurt gets more calcium into the body than the same volume of milk can.

2. Aids healing after intestinal infections. Pediatricians recommend yogurt for children suffering from various forms of indigestion. Children recover faster from diarrhea when eating yogurt because it contains less lactose and more lactase. Lactase is an enzyme that prevent symptoms of lactose intolerance, such as cramps, diarrhea and gas.

3. Yogurt can boost immunity. People who eats yogurt daily gets higher levels of immunity boosting interferon. Interferon plays an important role in the first line of defense against viral infections.

4. Yogurt contributes to colon health. Yogurt contains good bacteria called lactobacillus that deactivate harmful bacterias before they become carcinogenic . Yogurt is ''probiotics.'',which literally means ''for life,'' refers to living organisms that can result in a health benefit when eaten in adequate amounts.

5. Yogurt can decrease yeast infections. Eating 8 ounces of yogurt that contains live and active cultures daily reduces the amount of yeast colonies in the vagina and decreases the incidence of vaginal yeast infections.

  4. Wow, I never imagined all the health benefits of yogurt! Based on that alone, I should have some today. Actually I live near a FroYo outlet so we my mom and I usually have that for merienda when we go out for a walk. And just recently, we tried White Hat, a yogurt place in MOA. I haven't heard of Yogo Factory though. Is it a chain?
