Spicy Chicken Feet Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. chicken feet
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp catsup
- 1-2 tbsp dried chili flakes
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- In a sauce pan, mix water, salt and pepper together.
- Bring to boil. Simmer until the feet is tender. Add more water if needed.
- When cooked, remove from water. Set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil, saute garlic, and onion, add the chicken feet, continue frying.
- Add soy sauce, catsup, chili flakes and sugar. Continue cooking in medium fire until well combined, stirring constantly. Add more chili ,salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Serve hot.
