Spicy Chicken Feet


It is also a main dish best eaten with rice for lunch or dinner.


Spicy Chicken Feet Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. chicken feet
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp catsup
  • 1-2 tbsp dried chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
Instructions:

  1. In a sauce pan, mix water, salt and pepper together. 
  2. Bring to  boil. Simmer until the feet is tender. Add more water if needed.
  3. When cooked, remove from water. Set aside.
  4. In a pan, heat oil, saute garlic, and onion, add the chicken feet, continue frying. 
  5. Add soy sauce, catsup, chili flakes and sugar. Continue cooking in medium fire until well combined, stirring constantly. Add more chili ,salt and pepper according to  your taste.
  6. Serve hot.
