Snacks

Got me some banana saba at the store again and this time instead of the usual turon/banana roll  and  banana in sugar syrup , I just boiled it for a change .I haven't eaten boiled banana  for a long time now  and here it is my snack  for the day.

And of course ,hubby  got me some pork skin crackling to munch always .

My all time favorite snack Rice Porridge with tripe ,chicken strip, boiled egg, green onion, fried garlic  serve with  tokwa't baboy .Unfortunately we don't have pork here so I just settle for  fried tokwa.

  7. However, I just found out that, doing so might impair my metabolism. I need to eat regularly so that my tummy won't starve and at the same time burn fats.

  8. I’m with you on the omega 3 – I’ve gone from vego to regular salmon eater to make sure my boy gets his. This sounds like a winner.
