Fruit Smoothie

Smoothie is a  blended and sometimes sweetened beverage made from fresh fruit, crushed ice and yogurt. They have a milkshake-like consistency that is thicker than slush drinks.

Fresh fruit and vegetables every day are  important  for kids health. We can  prepare them in many ways. Smoothie is delicious,  nutritious and  easy to make that kids would love to eat. They can be a snack or meal itself. I usually prepare them after school with any fruits available in my kitchen.

  11. We love banana and strawberry combined in a smoothie...what I do is chill the banana especially it it's the overripe ones...no need to add ice, the frozen banana works well :)
