Pork adobo recipe from Del Monte with their Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning. You might want give it a try. The recipe is good.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Del Monte Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning (18 g)
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ kg pork kasim, cut up
- 1½ tbsp Del Monte Red Cane Vinegar
- 1 pc small laurel
- ¼ tsp peppercorn, crushed
Directions:
- Sauté Del Monte Sandosenang Sarap All-in-One Seasoning in oil for a few seconds.
- Add pork, sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add 1/3 cup water and remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
- Serve with boiled eggs and rice.
Makes 4 servings.
