For my version of pork chop, I baked it instead of the usual frying and if you notice I don' t have the exact measurement. Just make it according to your prepared taste.

Ingredients:
- fresh rosemary- chopped
- garlic minced
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- lemon and pepper seasoning salt
Directions:
- Mix all the the ingredients
- Rub it on the pork chops
- Put in a baking dish and bake at the preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more, or until the juice from the meat comes out clear.
- Arrange in a platter when cooked.
- Topped with gravy
- Combine the juice from the meat,chicken broth and chopped rosemary.
- Boil to reduce the liquid mixture.
- Thicken with corn starch.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add butter at the end to add flavor and glossy finish.
I love rosemary not only on my pork chops but also on chicken. For me, it's fragrance makes any meat appetizing.
ReplyDeleteWow! what a food! Pork chops are my favorite before. I used to eat them when I was still in my early thirties, but now I'm a senior citizen I've to be careful of my food intakes. My wife still is preparing these for some of my family members. I just eat them sparingly.

ReplyDeleteThis is a new way to serve porkchops! Usually, in our house, we just marinate it then grill or fry. I just read a recipe from my friends blog about chicken with paprika and thyme. Looks like this too. :)
