Chicken Alfredo Pasta


Ingredients:

  • Ragu classic Alfredo Sauce - 1 Jar (16 oz) 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 
  • 1 package spaghetti noodles, cook according to package direction 
  • 1 whole chicken breast, boiled and cut into bite size 
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, blanch 
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Put the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat. 
  • Add Chicken, heat through but do not boil. Stirring constantly. 
  • Add in sour cream and Parmesan cheese, cook until melted and well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  • Turn off fire and add the broccoli. 
  • Pour over spaghetti noodles, mix well 
  • Transfer to a large serving bowl. 
  • Top with some Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley(optional) 
  • Serve with garlic bread. 

note: add salt  and pepper to boiling water when blanching the broccoli and cooking the chicken to establish the taste right away.

    1. try it ,madali lang naman .kung walang alredo sauce kahit whipping cream at parmesan cheese na lang.

    1. pinadali ko lang .actually madali lang talaga gumawa nyan ,depende na lang sa magluluto.I love to cook but I don't want to make my recipe complicated kasi medyo tamad din ako kaya short cut palagi and ung ano lang ingredients available yung na ginagamit ko

  3. I just had this for dinner and it's definitely carbo overload! Mine's without the chicken and brocolli, though. Just cheese, cream, and pasta.

  4. Broccoli, yum! I've never tried making Alfredo sauce. I'm more of a tomato or oil based pasta sauce kind of gal. Hmnnn, I wonder if I can make this.

    1. oo madali lang from scratch.if you know how to make white sauce,they are basicaly the same.mas more on cheese lang dito sa Alfredo sauce...cup butter,cups milk, grated Parmesan cheese,package cream cheese.Budget, I am not sure kung magkano na mga persyo nito sa Pinas.kung tanggalin ang chicken at broccoli mas mura siguro.Dito kasi sa US,$15 estimate ng gastos ko.
