Sizzling Burger Steak

As I promised from my previous post about my newly purchased sizzling plates, I already used it with my burger steak recipe.

The food was good but I was not happy with the sizzling effect. It was not like those we were seen at the restaurant wherein you can hear the sizzle and see the smoke all over the place. Well, guess I need to learn more how to do it right.

  11. add a slice of butter 1st to the super hot plate then you immeditely put the food in. this trick is best on dry food.

pag may sauce o sabaw/juice, dapat mas hot yung plate kesa sa food

    heres my entry

  13. It's okay ma'am Tess at least you've tried. If you want a sizzling effect just set your oven to high temperature, such as 500 degrees Fahrenheit (not broil), and place the necessary amount of sizzle plates in the oven to preheat them for 10 minutes. Make it sure as you cook your food your sizzle plate is also hot already..then as you put the food to the sizzling plate make it sure to have some juices just to make the sizzle sound.
