Biscocho (toasted bread)

We always have left over bread in the fridge which  is often  ended  up in trash. Well, don't  throw it yet, you can make a delicious snack or dessert out of it. Have you ever tried making Biscocho? It is very easy and will not take time.

Ingredients:
slices of leftover bread
butter
sugar

Directions:
1. Spread butter on the sliced of bread and sprinkle with sugar or you can dab the buttered bread  on a plate full of sugar.
2. Put bread in an  oven toaster 3-5  minutes until it becomes toasted. Another way is by oven at 300 F for  30 minutes or more  until the bread turned golden brown.

  1. I make buttered toasts at home too.. not the crunchy type though. Hehe.. just the plain bread with butter then toasted.

  2. Love that stuff. Glad to know what to call it...we just called it "sugar toast."
I’ve enjoyed looking over your blog. I came across it through another blog I follow. I am now a follower of yours as well. Feel free to look over my blog and perhaps become a follower as well.
